To support our growing customer base, we’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver quick, friendly, and professional support across multiple channels.


What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of SHOPERTS — assisting customers with questions, orders, and technical support. You’ll work closely with our Client Consultants in Canada and Fashion Consultants in Pakistan to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, payments, or general platform use.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer issues and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal team when necessary.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and service standards in every interaction.
  • Support the development of FAQs and help center content for common questions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Pakistan, fully remote.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Urdu proficiency is an asset.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or eCommerce support preferred.
  • Fast typing and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and comfort using CRM or chat tools.
  • A calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
